Statement Regarding Share Price Movement

Westmount Energy Limited (UK AIM: WTE.L), the AIM-quoted oil and gas investing
company focussed on high impact drilling outcomes in emerging basins, notes
the recent increase in the Company's share price and confirms that it knows of
no reason beyond matters already in the public domain for the increase.

 

Further to the announcement of the Company's Interim Financial Statement on
28(th) March 2025 and the subsequent Investment Portfolio Update on 10 June
2025, there has been no material change to the Company's position.
