As at 12 September 2019, Westmount's issued share capital comprises 107,638,276 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"), each with voting rights. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 107,638,276 Ordinary Shares.
 
The above figure of 107,638,276 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
