("Aura" or the "Company")
     Update on Suspension and Completion of Share Consolidation 
The Company wishes to advise that further to the announcement of 16 March 2021, trading in the Company's Depositary Interests on AIM, which was suspended at 7.30am on 22 March 2021, will be restored to trading at 7:30am today.
 
The share consolidation will be effective from 8:00am today. Following the 13:1 consolidation, there will be 196,733,536 shares in issue of no par value each.
