Change to Broker-Driven model

 

BWP REIT PLC, the owner of Bridgewater Place, an office-led mixed use property
situated in a prime location in central Leeds, announces that it has changed
from the Market-Maker Model to the Broker-Driven Model effective from 8.00am
on Monday 13 February 2023.

 

WH Ireland Limited has agreed to act as the Cornerstone Investor
Representative, as defined by the IPSX Rules for Issuers.
