Update on valuation

 

BWP REIT Plc (IPSX ticker: BWP) is pleased to announce a quarterly property
valuation as at 30 June 2023 by Avison Young which shows an increase in
valuation to £60.3 million, compared to their 31 March 2023 valuation of
£59.1 million which was published in the Company's interim report for the 6
months to 31 March 2023.

 

BWP REIT Plc is a single asset company which owns Bridgewater Place, an
office-led mixed-use property situated in a prime location in central Leeds.
