Adjournment of General Meeting

 

WH Ireland announces that the General Meeting of the Company, convened today
for the purposes of receiving the Company's annual accounts for the financial
year ended 31 March 2025, has been adjourned, due to a quorum not being
present, and will reconvene on 27 October 2025 at 11.00am, at the Company's
offices at 24 Martin Lane, London, EC4R 0DR.

 

Members are referred to the Notes attached to the Notice of General Meeting
dated 26 September 2025, and in particular, but not limited to, Notes 3 and 4,
with regards to revoking and / or submitting a new proxy, not less than 48
hours, excluding non-working days, before the time fixed for the holding of
the adjourned meeting.
