The Board of WH Ireland announces that Roger Lane-Smith, Non-Executive
Director since November 2006, has today given notice of his intention to
retire from the Board of the Company, and it is agreed that this will occur
with effect from 31 July 2014. 
 
Commenting on the retirement, Chairman Rupert Lowe said, "During his time at
WH Ireland, Roger has provided much sage advice and he has assisted in the
growth and evolution of the Company. We owe him our sincere thanks and wish
him well in the future".
