WH Ireland announces that its Non-Executive Chairman, Rupert Lowe, is leaving the Company with effect from today. The Board would like to express its thanks to Rupert for his stewardship of the Company during the past 7 years and wishes him well for the future.
As a result of this change, the Board is pleased that Mr Tim Steel, a Non-Executive Director and former Vice Chairman of Cazenove Capital has agreed to assume the duties of acting Non-Executive Chairman (a position which is subject to the approval of the Financial Conduct Authority). It is the intention of the Board to appoint another suitably qualified Non-Executive director in due course.
