Board Appointment
WH Ireland Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Hugh David Carey (aged 65) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect. Jonathan has held senior positions at Jupiter Fund Management, including that of Group Executive Deputy Chairman. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust PLC and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
