Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

WH Ireland announces the appointment of John Cusins as a Non-Executive
Director of the Company with immediate effect.

John is currently Joint Managing Director of Lumin Wealth Management. He is a
qualified Chartered Accountant and has held several senior directorial
positions in the investment management and financial services sector. Such
experience will assist the Company in its further consultations with principal
shareholders on the future plans for its business.

Details in respect of John Cusins, as required pursuant to Rule 17 and
Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, are as set out below.

Additional Information

John Robert Cusins, age 53, currently holds 3,850,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company (representing 1.63% of the issued share capital).
