Notice of AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held at 24
Martin Lane, London EC4R 0DR on Tuesday, 30 September 2025 at 2 pm. A copy of
the AGM notice is being posted to shareholders today and is available on the
Company's website www.whirelandplc.com
