The Company confirms that it has received notice today that Sir Theodore Agnew, a shareholder in the Company, disposed of 957,142 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 115p per Ordinary Share on 24 July 2015. 
Accordingly, Sir Theodore Agnew no longer holds an interest in the Company.
