PDMR shareholding

Michael Bishop, Head of Wealth Management, has informed the Company that he
has purchased 216,500 ordinary shares in the Company as set out below.
Following these purchases, Michael Bishop now owns a total holding of 216,500
ordinary shares (previous: nil), representing 0.35 per cent. of the issued
share capital in the Company.
