PDMR shareholding

Philip Wale, Chief Executive has informed the Company that he has purchased
48,305 ordinary shares in the Company as set out below. Following these
purchases, Phillip Wale owns 254,600 ordinary shares, representing 0.41 per
cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
