Wealth Management Custodial Services

WH Ireland announces that, as part of an ongoing operations review in the
context of the recommended offer for the entire issued, and to be issued
ordinary share capital of the Company by Team plc ("Team"), see announcement
dated 10 December 2025,  its wholly owned subsidiary, WH Ireland Limited, has
served notice on its direct custodial services provider, SEI Investments
(Europe) Limited ("SEI")  and has entered into discussions with an
alternative service provider which also uses SEI as its custodian. The
existing arrangements with SEI will therefore continue but will not be
extended beyond 27 February 2027.

Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
