 * Subscription of new shares under general mandate  0007.HK  
 * Company entered into the subscription agreement with the subscriber, Weng Tao 
 * Net proceeds from subscription, after deduction of related expenses of about 
   HK$200,000, is estimated to be approximately HK$34.8 million 
 * Agreed to allot and issue 50 million subscription shares at HK$0.70 per 
   subscription share to subscriber, Weng Tao
