Sept 2 (Reuters) - Hoifu Energy Group Ltd  0007.HK : 
 
 * Major and connected transaction in relation to the acquisition of 45% equity interest in Hebei Panbao Zeolite Technology Co., Ltd. 
 * Major transaction in relation to the disposal of 45% equity interest in Hebei 
Panbao Zeolite Te 
 * Unit Guangdong Hoifu, , the company, the vendor, the purchaser and the target 
entered into the agreement 
 * Guangdong Hoifu agreed to acquire, and vendor has agreed to sell, equity 
interest for total consideration of RMB200 million 
 * Guangdong Hoifu agreed to sell, and purchaser has agreed to acquire, equity 
interest for total consideration of RMB260 million 
 * Application made by co to the stock exchange for resumption of trading in the 
shares on stock exchange with effect on 5 September 2016 
 * The gross sales proceeds from the transactions will be approximately 
hk$302.33 million 
 * Hoifu United Group is purchaser, Zhang Ling is vendor and Hebei Panbao 
Zeolite Technology co is target company
