easyJet rejects Castlelake's fourth £6.50-per-share proposal June 25 (Reuters) - British budget carrier easyJet EZJ.L said on Thursday it had rejected a fourth, sweetened takeover approach of £6.50 per share from U.S.-based investment firm Castlelake, citing concerns about the deal's ownership structure.
