Wizz Air falls on Q1 operating loss as fuel costs, weak fares bite

** Shares of European budget carrier Wizz Air WIZZ.L fall 5.3% at 1,086 pence; among top losers on FTSE micaps .FTMC index which is up 0.1%
** Co swung to Q1 operating loss of €183.3 million  ($211.58 million) as soaring fuel costs and weak fares stemming from Iran war weighed on earnings
** YTD, co's stock down ~14% while FTMC is up about 10%
