Publication of 2023 Annual Report & Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") announces that the Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023, together with the 2023 Notice of
Annual General Meeting, have been issued to shareholders and can be viewed and
