WORKSPACE(®) GROUP PLC

Chairman Succession

Workspace Group PLC (the "Company" or "Workspace") today announces future
changes to the membership of its Board.

Workspace announces that, after serving nine years on the Board, its Chair,
Stephen Hubbard, will step down with effect from 6 July 2023 and Duncan Owen
will succeed him as Chair of the Board and Chair of the Company's Nominations
Committee from that date. Duncan joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director
on 22 July 2021, with his appointment forming part of the Company's long term
succession planning.

Stephen joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in July 2014 and has held
the role of Chairman since 9 July 2020.

Duncan has over 30 years' experience in the real estate sector. He has served
as the CEO of both public and private companies and his roles have included
the Global Head of Real Estate at Schroders plc, and the CEO of Immobel
Capital Partners, a pan-European specialist 'Green' real estate investor in
the office and residential sectors. Until recently, Duncan was on the Board of
Governors for the Church Commissioners and Chaired its Property Investment
Committee.

Graham Clemett, Chief Executive Officer of Workspace, commented:

"On behalf of the Board and everyone at Workspace I would like to thank
Stephen for the insight and support he has provided over the last nine years.
Stephen has made a hugely important contribution to the growth of Workspace
and our successful navigation of the challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic.
I am pleased the Board has identified an excellent successor in Duncan, and I
look forward to working closely with him over the coming years as we continue
to deliver on the Company's exciting growth opportunities."

Stephen Hubbard, Chairman of Workspace, commented:

"I have very much enjoyed being on the Workspace Board for the last nine
years. When I took over as Chair three years ago, one of my objectives was to
strengthen the Board and plan for my succession. In this regard, I am
delighted that this has been successful with Duncan taking over the Chairman
role."

This disclosure has been made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11. There is no
