Committee Changes

Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") today announces that, with effect from 01
April 2024, Manju Malhotra, Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of
Chair of the ESG Committee. On the same date, Duncan Owen will step down as
Chair of the ESG Committee but will remain a member.
