New directorship notification under Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) R

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace" or the
"Company") announces that Duncan Owen, Non-Executive Chair of Workspace, has
notified the Company that he will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive
Director, under the designation of Chair Elect, of Link Asset Management
Limited (as manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust), with effect from 1
February 2024.
