Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 20 July 2020 it was notified that Graham Clemett (a person discharging managerial responsibility for the Company) cancelled his participation in savings contracts associated with the grant of share options under the Company's 2018 and 2019 Save As You Earn Share Option Schemes ("SAYE Schemes") and the associated options therefore lapsed as follows:
