WORKSPACE® GROUP PLC 
APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Ishbel Macpherson as Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 23 January 2019. The Company intends to appoint Ishbel to its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees in due course.
 
Ishbel is currently Senior Independent Director at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC and Bonmarché Holdings PLC and Non-Executive Director at Lloyds Register Group Ltd. She has previously been Non-Executive Director at Speedy Hire PLC, Dignity PLC, Galliford Try PLC and Fidessa Group PLC and prior to that, held several senior roles in the finance sector.
 
There is no further information which is to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
 
Commenting on the appointment, Daniel Kitchen, Chairman of Workspace, said:
