The Company announces that it was notified on Monday 11 June 2012 that European and Asian Limited purchased 785,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 1 June 2012 at the price of 13.5 pence per share.
The Company was also informed on Wednesday 6 June 2012 that Peter Townsend no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's share capital.
Note
The Company's issued share capital remains 11,807,014 ordinary shares of 10p each.
