** Shares of drug developer Xilio Therapeutics Inc  XLO.N  jump ~17% to $3.70 premarket
    ** Merck & Co Inc  MRK.N  says it has 5.4% passive stake in Xilio as of March 30, according
to a regulatory filing late on Mon
    ** Xilio is developing a pipeline of certain types of immunotherapies for treatment of
cancer 
    ** As of last close, XLO shares up ~17% YTD
