** Shares of Xin Yuan Enterprises Group Ltd  1748.HK  dive
as much as 22.7 pct to HK$1.16 
    ** The asphalt tanker chartering services provider makes a 
trading debut on Wednesday 
    ** Stock trades as high as HK$1.76 before the shares fall
below their IPO price of HK$1.50 a piece
    ** Co issues 100 mln shares at HK$1.50 apiece in IPO,
raising HK$125 mln ($16 mln) net proceed to expand its fleet and
