Board Appointment
XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, announces that Yehuda Dahan, currently Group CFO of XLMedia, has been appointed to the Board as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Yehuda has over 14 years' experience in senior accounting and finance roles. He is the Group CFO of XLMedia and played an integral role in the IPO of the Company on AIM in March 2014. 
Prior to joining XLMedia, Yehuda was Chief Finance Officer for Silverboim Holding Ltd, a private equity business operating across a number of sectors. Previously, Yehuda was Financial Controller for Milomor Group, a real estate company specialising in building and planning and infrastructure services. 
Chris Bell, Non-Executive Chairman of XLMedia, commented:
