XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 18 December 2020, Iain Balchin, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29.4 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Mr. Balchin now has a total beneficial interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.051% of the current issued share capital of the Company. 
The Group's current share capital consists of 195,083,205 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
