XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading global digital performance publisher, has been notified that on 23 September 2021, Stuart Simms, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 27,110 Ordinary Shares at a price of 51.4 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Simms has a total beneficial interest in 1,032,083 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.39% of the current issued share capital of the Company. 
 
The Group's current share capital consists of 262,586,405 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
