Directorate change
XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing, today announces that Yaron Eitan, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Board of his decision not to stand for re-election at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting in order to pursue other business interests and so will leave the board effective immediately.
Christopher Bell, Chairman of XLMedia, commented:
