Exploration of Sale of Personal Finance Division

Capital Markets Day

 

XLMedia (AIM: XLM), the global digital media company that manages a portfolio
of premium brands with an emphasis on Sports and Gaming in regulated markets,
announces that the business is restructuring its Personal Finance division and
is exploring the potential sale of all Personal Finance assets.

 

The process is currently underway, and the business is engaging with a number
of potentially interested parties, however, there can be no certainty that any
offer will be received, nor as to the terms on which any such offer may be
made. Further announcements on progress will be made as and when appropriate.

 

These actions reflect the Company's decision to prioritise resource allocation
to its core activities and remain focused on fully capturing the North America
market opportunity in sports and gaming while also rebuilding its European
sports and gaming operations to seek maximum value for shareholders.

 

XLMedia also announces it will be holding a virtual Capital Markets Day
("CMD") on 1 February 2023 at 2.00 p.m. GMT. The event will offer analysts and
investors additional insight into the operations of the US and European sports
and gaming businesses and provide an opportunity to hear from some of the
Group's senior management, as well as updates on strategy, resource
allocation, market conditions, recent State launches and new media
partnerships.

 

The event will be hosted by David King, CEO, and Caroline Ackroyd, CFO,
together with members of XLMedia's senior management from across the Group.
