XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified on 28 July 2019, that Mrs. Inbal Lavi, Chief Executive Officer of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Webpals Systems S.C Ltd., and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company (a "PDMR"), sold a total of 271,250 Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of 80.17 pence per Ordinary Share.
