XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been informed that on 4 April 2017 Inbal Lavi, CEO of the Company's subsidiary (Webpals Systems S.C Ltd), purchased 86,124 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this purchase, Ms Lavi holds 86,124 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's existing issued share capital.
