The Company also confirms its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted to shareholders and is also available on the Company website. 
The AGM is to be held at 10:00 am on 24 May 2017 at Capita Registrars (Jersey) Limited, 12 Castle Street,St. Helier, Jersey, JE2 3RT.
