("XLMedia", the "Group", or the "Company")

 

Result of General Meeting and Cancellation

The Company announces that the special resolution to approve the proposed
cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares from admission to trading on AIM
("Cancellation") was approved by shareholders at the Company's General Meeting
held today. Full details of voting results will shortly be made available on
the Company's website.

Accordingly, the last day of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares will be
17 June 2025 and Cancellation will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 18 June
2025, in accordance with the previously announced timetable.
