Result of General Meeting - Tender Offer.

XLMedia (AIM: XLM) is pleased to announce that the special resolution to
approve the proposed tender offer to shareholders (the "Tender Offer")
proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today was duly
passed.

The full text of the resolution can be found in the Notice of General Meeting,
which is contained on page 37 of the circular published and issued to
shareholders on 11 April 2025 and is available on the Company's website

The result of the Tender Offer will be announced on 29 April 2025.
