Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

 

XP Factory, one of the UK's pre-eminent experiential leisure business
operating the Escape Hunt and Boom Battle Bar brands, announces that, further
to the Company's audited final results on 2 September 2024,  the Company's
Annual Report and Accounts have been finalised and can be downloaded from its
website at https://www.xpfactory.com/investors/documents.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders later
today together with the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
which will be held at 1, Bartholomew Lane, EC2N 2AX at 10:00 a.m. on 30
September 2024. A copy of the Notice of General Meeting which contains links
to an online proxy form is also available on the Company's website.
