Sept 10 (Reuters) - Kirin International Holding Inc  KIRI.PK : 
 * Kirin international holdings announces memorandum of understanding to acquire 
   100 percent of the Wuhan yangtze river Newport logistics center for stock 
   valued at US $1.66 billion 
 * Company will issue 166 million shares of stock as consideration for this 
   acquisition at US$10 per share 
 * To acquire 51% and 49% equity in Wuhan yangtze river Newport logistics center 
   from Jasper lake and crestlake respectively
