Myanmar-focused Yoma Strategic appoints former chair's son to the board

Aug 9 (Reuters) - Myanmar-focused conglomerate Yoma
Strategic Holdings  YOMA.SI  on Friday named former executive
chair Serge Pun's son, Pun Chi Yam Cyrus, as an executive
director.
    Yoma Strategic late last month announced Serge Pun's
departure citing "recent developments in Myanmar" that created a
"level of uncertainty" as the property tycoon cooperates with
authorities in the capital Naypyitaw on bank business matters.
