U.S. stocks were set to open lower on Wednesday, a day after Wall Street's
strongest rally in seven months, as investors were disappointed with IBM's
results and remained cautious ahead of the minutes of Federal Reserve's latest
meeting.  .N 
    At 9:16 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.47 percent at 25,661. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were down 0.35 percent at 2,808, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1 
were down 0.48 percent at 7,318.25.
