Manchester, UK - 21 May 2021: Yourgene (AIM: YGEN), a leading international molecular diagnostics group, announces that it was notified on 21 May 2021 that Dr Bill Chang, a Director of the Company, transferred his entire shareholding on 21 May 2021, consisting of 80,000,142 ordinary shares in the Company, from his personal account to Changsform Innovations Pte. Ltd., a company wholly owned by Dr Bill Chang.
 
Dr Bill Chang's interest in the Company remains unchanged, representing 11.1 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
