Manchester, UK - 18 February 2019: Yourgene Health (AIM: YGEN), the international molecular diagnostics group which commercialises genetic products and services, announces that, following the announcement made by the Company earlier today, it has now made application to the London Stock Exchange to admit the 41,356,165 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new ordinary shares is expected to occur on or around 22 February 2019. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
 
 
For the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the issue of shares detailed above the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will comprise 458,999,688 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. None of the ordinary shares are held in treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
