Australia's Yowie Group gains on Keybridge's takeover proposal

** Shares of Yowie Group  YOW.AX  up 16.7% at A$0.035, set
for their best day since Dec.6, if gains hold
    ** Food processing co says it received an off-market
takeover proposal from Keybridge Capital  KBC.AX  at an offer
price of 3.4 AU cents/share, reflecting a premium of 13.3% to
YOW's Friday close 
     ** Adds, received the proposal post market hours on Dec. 29
    ** About 906,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 17,269
    ** Stock down ~32% in 2023
