U.S. stock index futures were largely flat on Tuesday, a day after the S&P 500
posted its steepest one-day loss since early April on fears of a spiraling trade
spat between the United States and other major economies.  .N 
    At 7:31 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.17 percent at 24,238. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were down 0.16 percent at 2,718, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1
