Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), a provider of innovative fire safety and heat
management technology and products, announces that its Annual Report and
Accounts for the financial period ended 30 November 2021 ("Annual Report") and
Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
