    ** Clark lead ZVO for almost 18 years and oversaw the sale
of Ashford University to the University of Arizona Global Campus
    ** Search for a new CEO has commenced, co says 
    ** Until then there will be an Office of the CEO, led by
Zovio's chairman, George Pernsteiner - ZVO
    ** Up to last close, stock up ~2% YTD
