PDMR Dealing, Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights 
The Company announces that 31,635 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued as a result of the exercise of employee share options. The 31,635 new Ordinary Shares comprise 2,881 Ordinary Shares allotted on 20 February 2017 and 28,754 Ordinary Shares allotted on 23 February 2017.
The exercise of options on 23 February 2017 included the exercise by Adrian Leyland, PDMR, of options over 20,000 new Ordinary Shares. Mr. Leyland subsequently sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 400 pence per Ordinary Share. The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
The above option exercises have been satisfied by the Company's block listing arrangements.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 15,948,152 Ordinary Shares, each carrying one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
