Zytronic plc, a leading specialist manufacturer of touch sensor componentry, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2018 (the "Annual Report") is today being published on its website at www.zytronicplc.com/investors/investor-information/finance-performance.  Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") are being sent to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held at the Company's offices at Whiteley Road, Blaydon-on-Tyne, Tyne & Wear, NE21 5NJ on 6 February 2019 at 9.30 a.m.
